The "HFD (Hyper Flat Drive System)" is an energy-saving transmission system manufactured by Bandou Chemical Co., Ltd. Compared to widely used V-belts, it is an eco-drive system that contributes to long life, high efficiency, and energy savings, having received the Energy Conservation Award in both the 2013 and 2018 fiscal years. (*Organized by the Energy Center Foundation: Product and Business Division) 【Features】 ■ High Efficiency By using flat belts, it minimizes losses from belt bending, achieving high transmission efficiency. → An average energy saving of 7% compared to V-belts (power difference in a 7.5 kW blower). ■ Compact Design Due to minimal distortion from bending, it has little impact on durability even with reverse bending, allowing for a compact design. ■ Maintenance-Free The auto-tensioning mechanism eliminates the need for belt tightening.
